Elisabeth Widow Project

The condition of the widows in India is still pathetic. Many widows are left alone by their children. Nowadays the government of India gives a small pension and Social Security, which is however not enough to live. The Lord inspired Rev. John Satish George to help widows in the neigbourhood of Pendra Road. A monthly support is given to some of the pious widows through the help of sponsors. There are many widows in this area who are requesting help. Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress. James 1:27
